Wonder why

I wonder why People Don"t use their Headlights on days like today when it was so foggy. I just don"t understand why when they get in the car and its dark and its foggy that they doN't even think to switch on the headlights. What does it take to make them do it. An accident happened right in front of me today when I was driving the bus. Three cars involved in rear end collisions. Some people think if they have their fog light on or running lights on that is all they need, but then the back lights aren"t on and you re going down the road with no rear lights on, except when you put on you brakes then the brake lights come on, but on a foggy day like this morn and your rear lights aren"t on and some one comes up on you all of a sudden they are not going to see that car very quickley and bamb you were rear ended. Safety is so important and many people just don't think. How about that grandmother over in york somewhere who went over an embankment and the three grandchildren were killed. But there she was taking medication and was involved in hit and run before the children were killed. So sad. Even one of our Drivers was involved in an accident last week and really did a number on the bus by hitting a tree. Not the first one that happened like that either, we had a few drivers who did that. NOt sure why but think all of them had fallen asleep. It is important to get enough of sleep to drive like we do. So Iam getting ready to go to bed so I can face another day on the road.
