not again

I woke up to this, this morn. Oh no flooding again. but of course not like it was back in Sept.  This street does get flooded when it rains like it did yesterday but not sure why it came up so far this time.  I came home around midnight and it was raining but no water on the street at all, but when i opened my blinds this morn, this was I saw.  I was really surprised, but we did have hard rain last eve and night so I guess thats why.  here are the pictures.
